In the very bigining of ruby, when team magma is blocking the enterance to the museum, where do I find captian stern, so I can give him the devon goods.And how do I get rid of team magma.

Go to the Shipyard and talk to Dock then Team Magma will dissapear and he's at the top of the building.
1 capt.stern is in the top room of the museum
2 go to the ferry place in slateport then team rocket will steal the submerine
And then go in the museum and pay 50$ and go upstaires and talk to capt.stern
But be ready there are three people that will battle you after you talk to capt.stern
And they are two regular people and the team rocket leader.
Ps this submission my be for a different part in the game i'm not really sure
You need to talk to Dock in the warehouse in Slateport City....
Sorry about my last submission I screwd up big time I started a new game and it is what these guy say go and talk to the guy in the shipyard that is reading the paper in the first room but capt.stern is in the top room of the museum and you do have to fight two team magma members and the team magma leader

How come
I talk to dock in android emulator and still didnt clear the path in the mueseuem?
You can clear the path by just talking to the man in the boat storage and if it does not work just go to the flow of the game and ask him again
To get rid of the team magma members, enter the building labeled "Stern's Shipyard." Entering will trigger an event in which a person named dock will start talking to you. After this, go back to the museum and give the parts to captain stern. Hope I helped!
