Question for Pokemon Ruby

Well, I'm borrowing a game from a friend and don't know much about the game Pokemon Ruby Version, I just like to play it and mess around. Well anyways my question is, I know theres a mall on this game, and If you go to level 5 theres furniture, mats, dolls, ecs. Well I've looked for the mall in like every town and can't find it? Can someone please help, I have to return this awesome game tonight!

The "mall" is in lilycove city.It is in the northern section of the town right above the poke center.
