The ones found in the wild in Ruby are Bagon and Altaria.

Bagon and Altaria. You can also get slamamance by using a cheat device.

Kingdra, Vibrava, Flygon, Altaria, Bagon, Shelgon, Salamence, Latios, Latias and Rayquaza.

Rayquaza,Latios,Latias,Bagon,Shelgon,Salamence(evolves from shelgon at level 50),Kingdra,Altaria,Vibrava,and Flygon

No. 117 Vibrava/ no 118 Flygon/ no 122 Altaria/ no 186 Kingdra/ no 187 Bagon/ no 188 shelgon/ no 189 Salamence/ no 196 Latias/ no 197 Latios/ no 200 rayquaza
How do you like me now that's all of them, I have the book, this does not include anyone after rayquaza because i'm not a cheater who had to get jirachi and deoxy's.
