I have a few questions...
1) Is Latios or Rayquza better at lvl 100?
2) Whats with the "Nintendo Event"?
3) Is a Shell Bell a good item for a Pokemon to hold?
4) What is a trick to catching a Feebas?

1) Rayquaza stat wise..
2) It's a gaming festival where you can play new game,s get limited edition stuff.
3) Not sure.
4) Use any rod, fish on route 119.
