Question for Pokemon Ruby

I'm new, I'm called Carrot Top cause I have red hair !

Does anyone know how do you get into space?? I need to know I've been playing for 156 hours.

One person told me that if you complete the Pokedex an' you go to the white rock on that one island, then somethin' happens. I don't think you can go though.

If you are spending precious game time while looking for the way to go to space, DON'T! It's completly impossible to go space. The Space Centre is only useful in the Ruby and Emerald games, because there's where Team Magma will be, to steel the rocket fuel.

You can not go into space : well it has not benn discovered yet but there in now way yet to go into space there is a way to get deyox tho and thats is by using a an action replay.,
