Question for Pokemon Ruby

I think there is something wrong with my game. I was using my Action Replay with the Rare Candy code in PC. After leveling up some Pokemon a Premier Ball somehow appeared in my bag. Then again today I was using Rare Candy on my Ninjask and when I got him to Lv23 a Shedinja appeared in my party! If anyone knows why, please tell me.

I don't know anything about the primier ball,but I know if you but somthing like 40 great balls you get one for free.
The shedninja thing is normal it's supposed to happen.

The Premier ball thing is the usual glitch. The Shedinja thing isn't; that's actually how you get him, leveling up or Rare Candy.

Shedinja appears when you have an empty space in your party, no glitch there.

Ok, Yes the primier ball is a usuall cheat system glitch and when you lvl a Ninjask to lvl 20 and have an xtra space you shall get a Shedinja which is a sweet Pok�mon if you read it's attack.

If you have a pokeball in your bag and a blank area in your party when ninjask gets to lv. 20 you atomaticly get a shedinja. The premeir ball is just a glitch in the game.

Shedinja is a shadow Pokemon of the evolved Pokemon, it says so in the trainers guide.
