Question for Pokemon Ruby

Okay,I have a lot of questions to ask

1. How can you mix records to get the Eon Ticket in Pokemon EMERALD
2. Where is the ferry thet you need to use the Eon Ticket in Pokemon RUBY and
SAPPHIRE
3.In the sealed chamber of the Regis, I used dig and went into the inner chamber and clicked on the Braille and waited for 3 hours, how can you make the earthqake happen!!!!!!!!!!!

1) You link up and go to the Mix Records area.
2) The same one that takes you to Battle Tower.
3) What you are supposed to do is read it then press A again then wait 1 or 2 minutes.

I don't have Emerald so I can't answer 1 or 2 but for 3 here it is:
U need to have a wailord in the first in your party and a reliclanth pok�mon(sry If I spelled it wrong) in the last of the party.
