Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi guys,
Hope you remember me thanks for rating my team, by the way I got game shark and I got jirachi.
The only question is how get deoxys does any one know a cheat for it?
And can I connect tow emulatuers on pc (nintendo & game boy advance ) ?
how can I go to the island that has latios in it ? I know I have the Pokemon and eon ticket but I want to go there thanks guys

I don't know.
Use a cheat. But since you have the ticket, you an go to the Lilycove City port and there will be a man. He will get you there.
