Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey zanedog18 here and I need help on how to find a master ball for latios and catched every other lagendary Pokemon and now I don't know where to find it my friend told me that it was in the hide out in team magmas hide out but I missed it and they said it was in the lottery also and I said ok I will try but every time I try it I have the wrong Pokemon but I need help to catch him please help me!!!!!!

You don't have to use a master ball. You could get a Golbat and use mean look to trap Latios, then keep using timer balls or ultra balls.

You can get 2 master balls without cheating. One is in the team magma hideout, you can also get a pp up and an electrode where you get the masterball. But if you already defeated team magma, oops, too late, the place is sealed up. You can also win one at the lottery in lilycove, but you need the right id of a Pokemon that matches the drawn number. A good way to win that is by having alot of traded Pokemon with you.

Yes you can find a master ball in team Magmas hide out.

Get a Pokemon with mean look and trap it, easy to do and best way to save a master ball.

You could get one in the lottery, team magma's hideout, or if you have saphire version get one and let a Pokemon hold it and then trade it to ruby version.
