Question for Pokemon Ruby

If anyone knows could you tell me how to get a silver trainers card?

And also how to get a gold one too.

Your card's color will rise in rank -- first to bronze, then to copper, then to silver then finally to gold -- to reflect the number of the accomplishments noted below that you've achieved.

You can complete them in any order. However, you won't be able to complete your Pokedex or enter the Battle Tower until you've become the Pokemon League Champion.

* Become the Pokemon League Champion.
* Complete your Pokedex.
* Beat 50 Pokemon Trainers in a row in the Battle Tower.
* Win one ribbon in all five of the Master Rank Pokemon Contests.

Although I already accomplished all four, I still dont have the gold trainers card. I dont know what else to do. I hope this information helps.
