Question for Pokemon Ruby

Alright, I submitted a question earlier about the Elite Four but I decided to just restart the game and I have two questions now. First of all can anyone tell me what level Blaziken learns which move and anyone have any advice what attacks it should have going up against the Elite Four? (Also thanks to those who answered my last question).

I can't remember every level it learns a move, but a good move combo for blaziken is:

slash, normal, power 70, accuracy 100, high critical hit ratio, pp 20, learned level 38 (I think)
blaze kick, fire, power 85, accuracy 90, high critical hit ratio and can cause a burn, pp 10, learned lv 45 (I think)
sky uppercut, fighting, power 85, accuracy 90, pp 15, learned lv 59
arial ace, flying, power 60, accuracy --, guaranteed to hit, pp 20, tm

Blaze kick, Fire blast, Sky uppercut, and Double kick

xebecer1913 had good suggested moves, you gain blaze kick at lv36, slash at lv42, sky uppercut at lv59 and you get aerial ace after beting winona at fortree gym.
