Ruby/sapphire-trade from colloseum bonus disk
Emerald obtain the old sea chart from a nintendo event and use it like a ferry ticket
Gold/silver/crystal-trade from red or blue
Red/blue-use the Mew glitch
Yellow trade from re/blue
Fire red/leaf green trade from ruby/sapphire/emerald

You are going to have to trade or use a cheat device to get Mew.
