Question for Pokemon Ruby

This is my team for the pokeleague. Except for leveling up, what do I need to do to make it win. I got it to Drake's salamance before it fainted Blaziken.

Dos/Gyarados lv46 Sea incense
Hydro pump
Surf
Ice beam
Water pulse

Yena/Mightyena lv47 Quick claw
Crunch
Strength
Bite
-empty-

Ria/Altaria lv47 Focus band
Dragonbreath
Aerial ace
Fly
Refresh

Don/Groudon lv47 Amulet coin
Fire blast
Earthquake
Slash
Bulk up (going to replace with solarbeam)

Sparky/Raichu lv47 Lax incese
Thunder
Thunderbolt
Shockwave
Raindance

C-arc/Blaziken lv47 soothe bell
Flamethrower
Blaze kick
Double kick (going to replace with sky uppercut)

I have 3 heart scales just so you know.

For your Blaziken don't replace double kick, you need that for the ice girl, replace it with return or blaze kick.( I'd replace with Return).
Otherwise thats a pretty good team. Oh, I almost forgot, give your Groudon a different item, like Charcoal, which you get at the herb store in Lavaridge by talkin to one of those two guys.
