The place where you fight Groudon... I battled him but he fainted is there any way to get him back?

DUUUUUDE!!!!!! Did you save it after you kicked him to the curb?
If you did, then sorry, you can't. You seriously screwed up. He/she only appears once in the ENTIRE GAME! I'd personally restart the game. There is the Action Replay, but that would be up to you, and a different members domain not mine :^) ! I don't remember the name...scroll through the pages a bit, he's/she's always talking about AR codes.

Well, you could restart your game and save before you get to him (which I highly recommend that you do not do), or you could trade with somebody else (which I highly recommend).
No, if you beat him then saved after there is no way for him to come back, thats why you save before you fight then if you loose or beat him by accident then you turn if off and start over.
No there is only one of them. Unless you had saved your game when you were going to fight him.
With the exception of trading or using a cheat module, no.
You can do two things to solve this problem.
1. You can restart your game. But trade any pokemon that you want to save to a friend, restart, and get those pokemon back.
2. You can trade with a friend for groudon/kyogre and then trade back. You won't exactly have it as a pokemon, but the data is kinda the only thing you need to complete the game.
Nope, you can only fight him once. After that, he is gone. You would have to start the game over in order to get back to Groudon.
