Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where can you find jigglypuff and cerfabuly can some one plz tell me I have serched the whole of moeter falls but I can't find them can some one help me?

Sorry to break it to you but you cant catch Clefairy neither on ruby nor saphire,but you can catch Jigglypuff.Go through the exit of Meteroite Falls(the exit near Rustboro City) then use surf and go up the water till you see land,go up the area until theres a fork in the road,go left.Keep searching for it there it is somewhat hard to find,make sure you bring a lot of ultra or great balls and some level 20-30 pokemon

It's not in Meteor falls. It's at the northern terminus of Route 115, across the path along the water from Rustboro City.

Just look them up on the poke dex and go to where there located.

First of all you can only get Jigglypuff. So first fly to Rustboro city. Go up until you get to a surfing area, surf up. You'll hit some land. Keep surfing up. The second peice of land you should go on. Keep going up and there should be a patch of grass. Thats where you find Jigglypuff. Hope you find it.
