Okay guys, I just joined Super Cheats to ask a couple questions. I'm at the Elite Four, but I can only get up to the Dragon Trainer and I always die on his second to last Pokemon. So I figured I better get an ice pokemon but I have no idea what to get and my party actually sucks... So I'm thinking of starting all over since the rest of my party is lower then level 36 except my Sceptile and Groudon. So you have any suggestions what ice Pokemon to get and what level should I train it to. Also should I start a new party or no? If so please tell me what I should put in my party and train them to what level.

Okay, I think you shouldn't change your party.J ust level it up to maybe level 70. Seriously. I'll tell you the easiest way that I did it.
I actually used a dragon against the dragon tamer, Drake. A good dragon pokemon such as Rayquaza or Salamance is nice. Salamance evolves from Bagon, which you find in Meteor Falls.
Unfortunatly, Rayquaza's hideout only appears after you beat the Elite Four. My ice tip is to get a Snorunt and evolve it.
Just get all your pokemon to lv. 64 or over. No need to go over lv. 100. I reccomend pelliper with ice beam or glalie.
I would reccomend getting a Pelliper they are great and realy strong against Dragon when they learn Ice Beam, catch one by surfing on water or evolve one from a wingull.
Or to get a Galie find a Snorunt in the Shoal Cave at low tide, then walk around and find the icy room there you will find a Snorunt.
I personally recommend nurturing a Spheal until it becomes a Sealeo. It should know either Ice Ball or Powder Snow; they will work. Better yet, get it to a Walrein at level 42. It learns Blizzard at level 50 and Sheer Cold at level 61.
Forgot something...
If you manage to find a Snorint in Shoal Cave, nurture it to level 42 and it will evolve into Glalie.
It should learn Crunch, Icy Wind, Ice Beam, and Sheer Cold over time.
