What leval should your Pokemon be at to beat gary my charizards at leval sixty three and he keeps losing I also have zapdos articuno and moltres can you plz tell me asap

You do know this is ruby not fr/lg or yellow/red/blue/

I think this question is for fire red but I know the answer.
ALL your Pokemon should be at least on 65 to stand a chance.
