Olay I had a similar question once. You need to have a National Pokedex on Ruby/Sapphire in order to get information on the other Pokemon. To get the National Pokedex, I'm not clear on because the answer I reacieved was not a clear answer. I think it has something to do with Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green due out on Sept.9. Don't worry I'm sure someone else will clarify on this(like Cross Stinger (please) :^l ) .
:^D
You need the national pokedex. You can get it when pokemon leaf green and red fire come out by trading any pokemon with one of those games. You then recieve the national pokedex and the pokemon leaf green and red fire recieve the hoenn pokedex. Or you can get national pokedex early before these games come out by using Action Replay.
If you don't wanna cheat, wait for Pokemon Leaf Green and Fire Red. They both come out September 9th 2004. They are wireless and include a....ah, you'll find out when they come out....................
That's an easy one.
You don't have the National Pokedex.
To get it, trade with someone who has the game Fire Red or Leaf Green.
You will get it automatically.
The NT has data on every pokemon including ones like Charizard or Polywrath.
