Question for Pokemon Ruby

Whats a Soul Dew and how do I get it?

I have the Pokemon Ruby Version.

Also,I know that Bagon is found where you find dragon claw in meteor falls but I forgot where I got the dragon claw tm!

I sold it and forgot...It is Meteor Falls,right?

The soul dew is found on the southern island, which is only accessable with the EON ticket, and it raises the sp.attk./sp.def. of either latie.

If you go up into the deepest regions of meteor falls you will find bagon in the farthest room. They are very hard to find.
