Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi I have a gameshark, but when I look for ruby it's not there. It only says Pokemon emerald,pokemon fire red and leaf green no ruby or sapphire. So then I turned it off but when I turned it back on the screen was only white and I could not do anything please help

The model was probaly to new for the games but If not, try re entering the cheats for the game.

Okay, I know what's wrong, sort of. The part with no ruby is that you have to add it into the system. And mine has gone white, and bad news it didn't work, so sorry I wish I could have helped a little more.
