Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi everyone i'm new here at supercheats.com and I need all of your help.
In Pokemon ruby how do you get the pokeblock case?

Go to slate port Pokemon contest there should be a little girl in there speek to her and she will give you the pokeblock case!

In Slateport City, go into the Pokemon contest building and talk to the little girl. She will give you the case.

I think she's at Lilycove.

You get it in the slateport city Pokemon contest place ihn there talk to a girl in there she will say she has two then she will give one to you

OK. If you can go to Lilycove City, then go to the Pokemon Contest and talk to a little girl. She will give you the Pokeblock Case. If she's not there, try the other Pokemon Contest areas. I haven't played it in a long time.
