I am trying to find The pokemon Latios and I'm having a hard time finding him. I look at tips on finding him and I see people talking about the Southern Islands. I want to know how or where is the Southern Islands.

You need the eon ticket. You get it by using an e reader and swiping the eon ticket card.
You can only get there using an action replay or gameshark....... you'll have to find the code, also you need the eon ticket.
Latios is usually found in water and in the beggining grass in Little Root Town if all matters fail look everywhere. The southern islands can only be found by using an E-Reader called the EON ticket this is the only easy way to locate Latios or Latias.
