Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do I get a AR or gameshark and
I REALLY NEED HELP WITH RAQUAZA:
I can't catch him, I've tried nearly everething I always kill him couse of his overrage or I get a crit on my dragon claw, I'm empty of master balls and only got 1 timer ball. PLZ HELP ME!!!!!

!. You can get it from toys are us and other places like the internet. 2. Get his health down to red either put it to sleep or paralyz it come doing that for a bit and then use the timer ball if not leave get 30 ultra balls and come back.

AR or GS can be bought at any game store or online. Simple really.

Get more Ultra Balls. Then, paralyze him an' get him to at least orange, then wack 'im with balls!

You can get an Action Replay or a GameShark at any game store.
When battling Rayquaza, make his HP go very low. Then paralyze it or make it go to sleep and use many Ultra Balls. If the battle takes a long time, use a Timer Ball.

What all this about Ultra Balls? Just get a Game Shark and get 99 master balls thats how I did it. All I did was go in there and threw.SIMPLE
