Question for Pokemon Ruby

On what days can you launch rockets? Who do you have to ask?
Where can you catch Garaydos?

Rockets launch by the week that you've maintained your file. To keep track of the time you've used on the game, talk to the scientist in the middle back of the Space Center. If you start a new game, the number of launches is reset.

As for Gyarados, you can evolve Magikarp at level 20 or go fishing in the body of water in Sootopolis City.

First things first. 1 rocket launches every week so everyone read this answer and stop asking. To catch gyarados use super rod in Sootopolis.

A:I don't know ( thougth I have a sort of timing glich on my game)

A:One of the sientist
Q:Where can you catch Garaydos?
A:Scopptolies city(spelling?) at the deep part or magikarp at lvl 20
By the way how come I got some Quloit berrys near Pretty Peals
Flower Shop whithout planting any(I do not have a Game shark,Actoin replay or E-Reader or anything like that).

Well you don't ask anyone.

Also you don't catch him, train a magicarp to level 18 I think and it evolves.
