Out of the three starting pokemon(treecko, torchic and mudkip) which levels up the quickest

They all level up the same until they are evolved. Go with Torchic anyway.

They level up pretty much the same but treeko is best at the start of the game, Torchic near the end and mudkip in the middle.
It depends how you train them. There is no certain way to tell you who levels up faster.
They each require 1,058,960 experience points to get to level 100, so they level up at the same rate.
Treeko levels up the fastes but is not the best. Best idea is to get torchic or mudkip
They level up the same, torchic is sometimes always stronger though.
You are an utter fool to think that one will Level up faster than the others. Unless you trade to another game they all level up just the same.
