Does anybody know how many eggs it takes to get a shiny pokememon?
I have a shiny Croconaw breeding with my shiny Ditto and I keep on getting regular ones.
And one more question, why are almost all the Pokemon that are shiny from the action replay codes female?
The only ones that were not female were Absol and Green steel.
Are there any codes that can do the same thing where I can take out shiny Pokemon for Sapphire too?
Thanks!

The chances of a shiny offspring to hatch are as low as if you bred to non-shiny Pokmon. There is no reason why mostly females show up. It's just a coincidence. Yes, there is the same thing for Pokmon Sapphire.
Well the rate of getting a shiny Pokemon from an egg is the same as finding one in the wild, even if the parents are both shiny.
85925/1 or something like that.
Strange,all my shinies are male.
Same for sapphire.
K.I think that answers your questions.
