I have a very strange wailmer. When it comes out stars swirl around itand it has a lighter shade of blue.Can someone tell me what is happening.ASAP please thank you.

It is a cloured (shiny) Pokemon are you new to Pokemon ??
Oh and by the way THAT IS RARE.
Thsi is certainly not something to worry about. That Wailmer is extremly rare! It is just a different color like the Red Gyrados from Gold/Silver/Crystal.
It simply means that your Pok�mon is shiny. This means it is a different color and it's stats rise quicker.
It is a shiny Pokemon, congratulations they are very rare!
