Igglybuff, Jigglypuff, and Wigglytuff respectively. Jigglypuff is on Route 115 in the grass patch across the bit of sea; Igglybuff comes from breeding a female Jigglypuff or Wigglytuff; Wigglytuff comes from evolving Jigglypuff with a Moon Stone.
137: Igglybuff.
138: Jigglypuff.
139: Wigglytuff.
You can only catch Jigglypuff in Route 115. To get Igglybuff, breed a male and female Jigglypuff. To evolve Jigglypuff, use a Moon Stone. The best time to use the Moon Stone is on level 49.

They are Jigglypuff, wigglytuff and igglybuff. Find jigglypuff on route 115 and evlove to wigglytuff, breed it and you will get an igglybuff.
