Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where can I buy rare candy?
Can I get all of the starter Pokemon like in Pokemon yellow?

You can't buy Rare Candy. You may recieve some by pickin' up items in the game. Cheats too.

You can't get all the starters without cheats or trades.

You cannot buy rare candy but you can find about five, just have a look around.

You can if you have say a friend with ruby and another friend with sapphire. Trade with them so you have all 3..

You can't buy rarecandy but try walking around with one strong Pokemon and the rest zigzagoons as you battle wild Pokemon because of there ability they can pick up items. I now have 99 rarecandys but it takes a long time.

No you can't get all the starter pokemon with out a cheat device or trading.

You should get a zigzagoon and it's ability pickup.It will help you find some rare items.

You can't buy rare candy's and to get a starter Pokemon from yellow just trade.
