Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where do you get dig from???? I need it to get the regi's !!!Please tell me where to get it..Can you catch a Pokemon with the attack dig?????

In Route 114, there is a Fossil Maniac. He gives it to you.
Trapinch also learns it at level 41. Don't evolve it though.

Ok hey austin777 here is where you get dig.

Step one fly to fallarbor town
Step 2 go to the fossil manics house
Step three talk to the kid infront of the tunnel he will give you dig and there you go

You can also catch a trapinch I think he learns it

TM28 (Dig) comes from the little boy in the main room of the Fossil Maniac's house. Some of the Diglett in Diglett's Cave in Fire Red or Leaf Green will know it if they're over level 17.

Dig is gotten from the fossil maniac's little brother. Thier house is located just a little bit west of Fallarbor Town. Its TM28.

Because the same thing happened to me and i spent ages looking for it you just
Need to get a Kecleon or trapinch and leval it up to about 40
