Where do you get the Diploma from? Plz answer fully

When you catch all 202 Pok�mon, go to Lilycove City and go to the Cove Lily Motel. A game designer on the second floor will see that you have completed your Pok�dex and give you the diploma.

The Game Designer on the top floor of the Cove Lily in Lilycove.

If you mean when you complete the Pokedex then go to the Lillycove motel and talk to one of the game people on the top floor, he'll give you the diploma.

Complete your Pokedex then go to the hotel in Lillycove. Go upstairs and one of the guys will give you the diploma.
