Question for Pokemon Ruby

I've been looking for ages on the game then 1/2 an hour on the internet and im getting very bored.
SO HERE IS MY QUESTION...

Where is the tm secret power? I have 6 badges im getting bored and I want a secret base.
So if anyone ANYONE can remember that far bak ( lol ) please help me.

Okay, if you want secret power go to slateport and go talk to the guy in the area where the energy guru is.

Talk to everybody until someone will sell you some TMs.

Pick the one that has something to do with the location.

Go north of Mauville and a guy will be looking at a big tree, talk to him to get the TM. If you have already seen him buy one from the person on the right in the Slateport Market. Secret Power is the one that changes with location, not Pokemon.

If I'm not mistaken if you head from this one city (I forget which and I'm really tired) and head up to the desert, there's a tree with I guy in front, talk to him and he gives ya the tm. Hope I'm correct and it works.

TM43 (Secret Power) can be acquired from a lad just above the Desert by an eligible tree. However, you'll need to beat Flannery and get the Go-Go Goggles from Brendan or May before you'll be able to traverse the Desert.

Then, go to Fortree to get TM10 (Hidden Power) from a lady in one of the suspended huts; answer "right, right, left" (I'm assuming). Once you get Secret Power and Hidden Power from them, they will become available at the Slateport City bazaar, on retail for $3000 each.
