To get ditto, you must trade off fire red or leaf green.

You can't get it unless you trade from Fire Red/Leaf Green,or if you use a cheat device.

Go to the desert underpass (unlocked after you beat the elite 4) in the fossil maniac's house.

Go to the place where you battle the 7th gym leader, and the big building (or tower) is where you will find ditto
