I don't know what you are talking about but I will try and awnser it anyway
If you mean like bad eggs you can't get rid of them if you have an AR (action replay)
And you used complete pokedex there is no going back unless you didnt save you got cheats with an AR and lost all you items sorry but I can't help.
If I havent awnsered your question then sorry but this is what can go wrong with cheating so I have warned you

The only bad thing I can think of is the bad egg because a lot of people tend to say it will mess up your game if it EVER hatches. You can get rid of bad eggs by moving a bad egg to the 1st slot of your box and save the game. Next you need a cheat device (I prefer Action Replay) that allows you to get Pokemon in your PC (only turn one Pokemon cheat on or you will get a bad egg). Then go to your PC and you will notice that the Pokemon you used the cheat for will be in the bad egg's place. If that doesn't work, check the cheat codes in your cheat device to see if you made an error in putting in any of the cheat codes. If it still doesn;t work, than I don't know how to help you, but I'm confident that it will work because it worked for me.
