Can anyone tell me how to evolve clamperl it's doing my head in!!

You need either the Deepseascale or the Deepseatooth and make it hold it. Then trade it.

Get either the deapseatooth(Huntail) or the deapseascale(Gorebyss). Give the clamperl one of those then trade it to someone.
