Question for Pokemon Ruby

After beating the elite four what do you do after that besides going to the battle tower.

And the TV says that there is a blue Pokemon flying around I know that it is Latios but wher can I find it to catch it?

Please Help.

You can find it randomly anywhere over Hoenn even on water.

1)When I finish the game, I go to every place in this game and capture different type's of pokemon.

2)Yes that is latios,where to catch it well you can find him everywhere just look in all grassy areas.

I hope this help's you out, just remmember the name.............Mr.Rocket.

OH sheez, I almost forgot--to capture latios you obligatory need a master ball.

Keep this on mind.
