Surf around in the water until you come across a huge tower make your way to the top, then you find rayquesa you will have to battle him.

DO NOT KILL HIM.

You will need a bunch of great balls or that one ball that catches Pokemon no matter what. When fight him you need to catch him when he is low on health.

Once you catch him he is your's.

You catch it in sky pilliar.

You can catch it in the sky pillar after you beat the elite 4.

I also want to ask a question I've done Pokemon ruby my cousin is stuck trying to fins the elite4 I've forgot how to to it so please tell me how to do it...

Ok to get to Rayquaza is to go to Pacifidlog and surf east.There will be an opening in the rocks,you go in and you go up the tower,you will need a mach bike to get across the cracks.Get to the top and verse Rayquaza.
