Where do you find the lady you have to talk to to take you to the southern island with the eon ticket? ( I've already got the cheat for access to talk to lady and use eon ticket). Please answer A.S.A.P

She is the same lady that you talked to to go on the ferry for battle tower. She is in either the slateport or lillycove habor. When yo utalk to her, a man will come out and say something like "that's a mighty odd pass you got there" or something like that. He will bring you to southern island, but only once. There will be latias there at Level 50. You only get one shot so don't miss.
The lady is in Lilycove, she'll say something like "Oh, that ticket" and then a sailor will come out, talk and take you there

Lilycove, but since you obtained it via a cheat peripheral don't expect it to be valid.
Maybe store the ss ticket in the pc and have the eon ticket maybe the lady will take you to the island.
