What is diploma? Is it a Pokemon or what? I know how to get it,but I just need to know what it is?!

It's just a piece of paper that you get after you complete your hoenn dex. Rate
It's just a scroll to certify that you have completed your pokedex.
A diploma is a document that tells you that you have done something special
A diploma is what you get after catching all the Pokemon it is a award I believe I am not really sure
