Can someone please help me. I need to know how to find the sky tower, I have gotten all badges, beaten Pokemon league, and caught all regis, please answere back.

The Sky Pillar is found out in Route 131, right outside east of Pacifidlog Town. You will need the Mach Bike to climb the Pillar, and a lot of momentum to guild yourself across the cracked floors of the Pillar without crashing.
Go to pacifalog and surf west. Keep to the rocks and there should be a gap in the rocks there. Go though the rocks and you should see a cave go inside and exit it should be Sky tower.
Just surf along routes 130 and 131. Before you get to Pacifidlog town, above you somewhere there should be an opening in the rocks. Surf through there and you'll find a cave. Go inside, find your way out the other end (its a very straight forward path) and enter the Tower. Use your Mach bike to get over the cracks in the ground and get to the top of Sky Pillar. Rayquaza, level 70, awaits you at the top!
