Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have a couple of questions.

What the hell can I do after I caught all 200 pokemon.....

How can I catch jarachi and deoxys without pokemon colluseam or any of that other stuff?

If I even can.?

For your first question you can either kick a ton of butt or start over and see if you can do it faster!

For your second one I've heard you can find them by going to the rocket launch place when the scientist says that was 100th sucsessful launch
