Question for Pokemon Ruby

I tried using an AR cheat to get Deoxys but all that it did was replace my Jirachi with a bad egg! What will hatch from this egg? Please answer.

It can either not hatch at all, it can hatch and freeze your game, or it can hatch into a random Pokemon (or so I heard)
