Cuteness,
Smartness and,
Toughness?

I know one that raises cuteness, it's the pecha berry

The berry used to raise just cuteness is the Pecha berry.
The berry used to raise just smartness is the Rawst berry.
The berry used to raise just toughness is the Aspear berry.

No! Don't use the Pecha-use a Mago. Don't use a Rawst use an Aguav and don't use an Aspear, use an Iapapa. Your pokeblocks will be far stronger and more effective.
