How do you get all the Pokemon without AR or Gameshark also how do you get the regis without masterballs one more question is where is regi ice located?

REGICE is located in an island close by PETALBURG CITY. Just SURF down from PETALBURG CITY like if you were going to DEWFORD,while you are in the water on the left there should be a little piece of land were a trainer wants to battle you. After you find the trainer start surfing again, but this time up.Eventually you will find the island were REGICE is.Then there is the braille part (that part is simple, but if you need help just ask me). O.K. That is all remember just ask me if you need help, although I am not a 100% expert at that game, I can still help.

Listen up to get all Pokemon you do need AR because of Mew and the Regis without masterballs are easy, just weaken them and,give them a condition(sleep or paralyze) and use ultraball. And Regice is on route 105.Oh and incase you don't no how to get it go to the top of the cave press a and wait.GOOD LUCK
