What are all the types of missingno. Do they do different things? Which one is safe to catch, (if there is one)?

There really isn't a Missingno. In Ruby version. But, if you picked up a copy of Action Replay at your local store... Your in business.
#1. There aren't any different types of Missingno.
#2. They do a variety of things... But the most common action of Missingno. Is to erase your saved game file.
#3. It is never safe to catch hacks. Catch at your own risk.

There is no Missingno in Pokemon Ruby, or Sapphire or Emerald for that matter

There is not Missingno, just bad eggs witch people think are Missingno, but are not. If there was a Missingno, then you would not capture it, chances are 98% of the time it will mess up your game data.
