Question for Pokemon Ruby

Dear Fluffy Chicken, (or anyone else!)
I don't have an AR or a gameshark. Is there any way for me to find either a:-
A) Jirachi
B) Deoxy
If there is can yo please tell me exactly where?

To get Jirachi, get Pokemon Channel for gamecube and complete the game. Then download Jirachi to Ruby or Sapphire. Then trade it to firered.

To get Deoxys, go to Island 9 (Birth Island) and go to the triangle in the middle of the larger triangle. Press A. Go to the bottom larger triangle, go straight up and press A.

Go straight up and go to the triangle left of you. Press A. Walk right to the triangle and push A. Go left to the centre of the big triangle. Go down to the triangle and press A.

It will fly up and glow. Press A on it. Deoxys will fly down and challenge you. He's at level 30. That's a mouthful. Also, I'm Excel's sister (you said he's good at giving cheats) ^.^

Fluffychicken has not been here for awhile now, but I can help you.
- Jirachi can be obtain though a special disk you recive from buying Pokemon Coliseum.
- Deoxys you have to use a Gameshark or Action Replay to obtain, or go to a Nintendo Event.
