Can you trade from fire red to sapphire by wireless adapter?or have you got to have the wire ones

P.s can you go to kanto or johto

You can't go to Johto or Kanto, and Sapphire does not support the Wireless Adapter.

Obviously because they want you to have to attend their events (or suffer without) and want to limit your fun! Kidding-it's their stuff and they want to protect it, I guess.
All it really seems to do is prevent you from trading a few pokes or putting them into Colloseum, and a few other things that seem minor.
