I have many questions, please bear with me:
1. I know where to catch Skitty, but it doesn't ever appear, is there a certain time I Can catch them? Same with Nosepass.
2. Where do you find Heracross?
3.Where Do you find Jigglypuff?
4.How do you get Kingdra?
5. How do you get Machamp?
6.Is there anywhere I can find a list of all the Pokemon in the game and where to find them?

1) Skitty can be found on Route 116 or in a trade with a girl in Fortree City. Nosepass can be found in the Granite Cave on floor B2F; the cave on Dewford Island.
2) Heracross can be found in the Northeast section of the Safari Zone.
3) To find a Jigglypuff you must look on Route 115, you will find one eventally.
5) If you have a Machoke trade it to another game and back to evolve it into Machamp.
6) Sorry I don't have time to site and do that.
Nosepass can be caught in Dewfords cave (you have to smash rocks). Heracross is in the top right area of the Safari Zone (you must use the acro bike to get across). Kingdra has to evolve from a trade, and so does Machamp. Yes, you can get a list. Try going to http://db.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbadvance/file/pokemon_rs_list.txt. You can also get charmander, squirtle, and all of the other Pokemon EVER in existance. I just can't remember if you use a gameshark ( I don't think so), or if you trade with other games. Good luck!

1. You just have to be patient on route 116/rock smash for Nosepass

3. Surf from north of Rustboro and past metior falls and go on land and you will see grass and be patient and you will find it
4. Trade seadra holding a dragon scale
5. Trade machoke
6. You could buy the emarald guide version book or on the user submitted cheats section.

1.skitty is rare be patient and check if it's on the pokedex not from previous games and nosepass is rare too

6.yes just battle trainers and check pokedex or go to seribii.net
