Question for Pokemon Ruby

Does Anyone know the gameshark code to catch a rayquaza from anywhere? That's the only pokemon that I want for ruby. The code I've tried and does work is listed below. I've searched everywhere for days and still can't find anything.

I want a code that actually works and allows me to catch a rayquaza from anywhere just the same with the other pokemon. I've recently caught a jirachi level 2 from route 101 with a gameshark code. I want something like that but with Rayquaza. Please help me out as best as you can.

this is the code for rayquaza but it works only for v3 and above
