Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have read that jirachi will awaken from it's 1000 year sleep after hearing the song of purity.

What is the song of purity?

Oh, and how do you get to mirage island?

And one last thing does anyone know a good training place to train my pokemon for the pokemon leauge???

I've no clue what the song of purity is but the best place to train is the victory raod.

The "song of purity" is just Pokédex description. There is none! What do I have to tell them...! Anyway, what I've picked up is that it may accept the wish written on a note affixed to its mane if it deems the author worthy, but that's talk, Pokédex description too, that doesn't really occur in the game. Get your mind off that song.

As for your Mirage Island query, I need some help myself, but I have been given the hint that it has something to do with gender stat deviation or something of the sort, but it's incomprehensible to me. Just try switching the number of Pokémon in your party, the frequency of type, frequency of level, or stat range, and hope for the best when the man in Pacifidlog makes his evaluation.

As for training, you should really consider Victory Road or the top level of Sky Pillar (if you conquered the League), where you can bag a level 57 Altaria (beware of Perish Song...). Unfortunately, Sky Pillar's top is the toughest it gets, and Rayquaza's actually pretty easy to pin down with Ice-types.
